Take a stroll in town and stop in some of the many Livingston Art Galleries. There are so many fantastic art galleries in Livingston that open their doors for art walks. This is a fun activity for any age to stroll around the historic downtown area!
Livingston Farmers Market
The Livingston Farmers Market is the perfect place to buy fresh produce, delicious food truck fare, and handmade arts and crafts! The Livingston Farmers’ Market is open from May-September.
Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center
While you are in town, the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center is a must-see for animal lovers! The center is home to grizzly bears, wolves, and other local wildlife. You can learn about the animals through educational programs, or watch the animals up close from viewing platforms.
Visit a Local Brewery
While you are in Livingston, check out some of Montana’s locally-brewed, hand-crafted beers. Two of the most popular spots are Katabatic Brewing Company and Neptune’s Brewery. Neptune’s Brewery also offers a taphouse and eatery right across the street!

Lamar Valley
Lamar Valley is one of the best places to see wildlife in Yellowstone National Park. Along the 29-mile drive, you can spot Yellowstone’s “Big Five” most iconic animals: moose, elk, wolves, bison, and bears.
Mammoth Hot Springs
The Mammoth Hot Springs are home to one of the most visited geothermal features in the park. You easily view the hot springs by walking the boardwalk through the Lower Terraces and you can drive through the Upper Terraces!
Old Faithful Geyser
Old Faithful Geyser is located in Yellowstone’s Upper Geyser Basin in the southwest section of the park and is one of the most famous sites. This geyser viewing area is the most accessible and visitor friendly in the park.
